Eligibility for Returns:

• Only fulfilled orders are eligible for returns or exchanges. Unfulfilled orders cannot be returned.
• You must initiate your return request within 30 days of delivery. Once approved, the product must be sent back to us within 15 days; otherwise, the return process will be automatically canceled.
• The product must not be on our non-returned items list.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, the product must be unwashed, unworn, and in resellable condition to qualify for a refund.
• To help us process your refund quickly, we kindly ask that items be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. Please note that a $3 repackaging fee may apply if the original box or bags are missing.
• Only orders purchased on Summermae.com are eligible for returns. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items purchased from third-party vendors or websites. 

A Return Request May be Declined if:

• The order has not been fulfilled.
• The items are listed as non-returnable.
• The return is initiated outside the allowed return period.
• An incorrect order number or email address is provided.
